I am a San Jose resident and part time leasing office assistant, that is extremely focused on buying my first fourplex within the next 6 months or so but I don't want to rush into a decision before learning more first on BP. I enjoy the webinars and I am looking forward to learning from the pro's. I am currently working as a leasing assistant in a commercial property in Silicon Valley and learning all I can first hand before I jump into my first investment. I want to be a great landlord and treat the tenants as people not just numbers.
