Newbie investor here but not new to Real Estate. Throughout my life, I’ve been a Realtor, property manager, worked in mortgage servicing, worked for a residential building materials company, and have owned my own personal home. Now it’s time to take it to the next level! I have a hunger for growth and education and am excited to be learning and connecting with the BP community! Plans to make my first investments within the next 6 months - fix & flip and a house hack. Currently looking at the WA and ID areas.
