Earliest memories are Mom struggling to take care of me and 3 siblings mostly on her own. She was a strong person and started a successful business but didn’t really experience freedom and security until she started taking real estate investing courses where she learned about the power of Real Estate Investing after watching my mother struggle to support me and my siblings. My mom started a small business and attended real estate seminars before eventually beginning her own investing journey. The extra cash flow she was able to generate from her rental properties provided security for the family and allowed her to sell the business and semi retire at a young age. I went on to work as a high level manager for several large corporations but always felt like the positions and retirement plans did not provide the type of financial security and freedom that real estate could. These realizations led me to Ron Phillips‘ real estate company in 2010 and I have been blessed to be a part of the company’s growth every year since that time.
