Investinista started going full throttle 2018—In less than 6 months I acquired a 9 unit, 4 unit, a SFR in Columbus, Ohio. I have been an airbnb host since 2010 and has one in Atlanta. Now in 2023, i have added one more SFR and a duplex, plus a 7 bedroom Co living facility into my portfolio. I love the Real Estate World and the people in it. I find RE investors are some of the most down to earth people and always willing to talk and share their experience. I look forward in acquiring more properties and continue to hold.
