Single Family Rental Properties investor that just started buying his first properties in 2018. So far I have purchased 8 ( 1 one of them is a duplex) and our goal (Wife & Me) is to have 11 units by the end of 2019. I have just completed my first "live & flip" experience and now I’m waiting to be able to refinance before the end of the year. I also started my consulting business as a savings specialist, helping business maximize their profits for free, as a side job from my current 9-5 pm job. Again just someone who is seeking a better life financially, emotionally and physically. I see real estate as tool to help me find that security I need to be able to focus in other areas I'm really passionate about.
