Angelica Casanas

Born in Chicago but raised in Miami, I’m one of four children of Colombian parents. Growing up in a close-knit family instilled in me the values of hard work, dedication, and community—principles I carry into every aspect of my life and career. I’m a mom, wife, and proud pet parent to two dogs (a French Bulldog and an English Bulldog), a cat, and a late bearded dragon. When I’m not with my family, you’ll likely find me lifting—whether Olympic weightlifting, strength training, kettle bells, or anything barbell-related. Fitness has been a lifelong passion that taught me discipline, patience, and perseverance. Professionally, I bring over 23 years of experience in commercial real estate space, working with a company that owns and manages retail shopping centers. I hold a real estate license and recently accepted a position as an assistant property manager within the same organization for office asset in Coral Gables, with aspirations to become a full property manager while working toward obtaining my CAM license. My goal is to provide exceptional service, educate property owners, and grow my expertise in property management in South Florida. Looking to take on managing private properties.
