Hello! I graduated from San Diego State University in 2014 and I have been working as a mechanical engineer ever since. I am originally from a small city in Riverside county called Moreno Valley California but I now live in San Diego. I am currently pursing my first real estate investment deal out of state and I plan to grow my portfolio using the BRRRR method.
