I was drawn to REI because In Atlanta the housing market is booming. As a native to the city I have seen a plethora of changes to neighborhoods and wished I knew a way to get in the game. After doing extensive research on buying properties to possibly flip, I learned of REI and the ample ways to invest. Since then I have become obsessed with knowing more. As a rookie to this REI industry, I look forward to networking with professionals, experts, and others that are already have had success in REI. I am seeking to get into SFH, DTQ, Commercial, TL and Notes. Being as though I have a limited background in real estate and mortgages on the consumer side, I would like to start with SFH and DTQs, but would like to venture into the others as I become more knowledgeable and seasoned. I’m a serial entrepreneur that enjoys learning as much as possible and applying what I’ve learned to create wealth as well as sharing my insight with others to help them grow. I seek to gain passive and residual income so that my family can live life comfortably. I hope to one day own property to hold over seas as a rental, this is much later on down the road.
