I manage short term rentals and help Landlords get more monthly rent through offering furnished living to travelers. I have a podcast called Wholly Made Life for women, & am looking for properties for long term buy & hold (prefer creative financing strategies, AND specialize in the niche of getting housing secured in my hometown for travel nurses coming to serve our community!
