I have always had an interest in Real Estate. For the last 20 years I have watched the trends, and stayed current as to what the market was doing in my area. I have an eye for potential in run down homes, and understand changes that need to be made to make a home stand out to potential buyers/renters. I am a numbers guru - although I don't get into fancy calculations or "creative financing". I believe that a simple understanding of adding and subtracting is all you need to know if something is a good deal for you. I am also a conservative investor. I don't believe there is any way to "get rich quick" instead I prefer the slow and steady approach, building wealth a little at a time.
