Hello, I'm a rookie investor and the goal is to get our first RE deal by the end of 2022. Looking for SFH in San Antonio. 3/2 or 2/2 under $100k to fix and flip The goal is to allow my husband to quit his teaching job in 5 years or less with our RE income and one day owning some STR along the coastline so we can retire there in 10-15 yrs or less!
