As a former travel occupational therapist and now a military wife, I am used to relocating and finding adventures wherever I go. I am learning about the real estate market in new regions every time we relocate and I am dipping my toes in long-distance investing (harder than it sounds - and it already sounds hard!). Most of my experience is now tied to turning primary residences into rentals (both long-term and short-term, including those that target traveling healthcare professionals). I am hoping to expand now to more SF and small MF (2-4 units) homes, and I am also looking to get into the BRRRR method.
