Appraiser by day, investor by night and weekends. I've been marketing and investing in off-market single-family residences and small multi families since 2016. I've done about 15 deals which mostly were flips, 2 wholesale deals, and have done the BRRRR strategy on two rental properties. I have a business partner who manages the rehab part of our deals and listings. My scope of work is to field calls from our marketing, analyze the opportunity, give the seller their options (including a cash offer), walk it and make an offer. I'm currently working on growing my direct mail system, refine our lead capturing system and be more disciplined in following up on leads. It's a challenging yet very rewarding business and I love working with sellers. I am pretty friendly, easy going and am able to build a relationship with sellers quickly. I'm very transparent and quick with what solutions or options sellers have and it isn't always me.
