26 years old, living in Port Angeles, WA. I absolutely LOVE backpacking and day-hiking, rock-climbing, kayaking and paddleboarding. I own and independently operate Rudiment Virtual Assistance LLC; helping property managers, contractors and landlords focus on their higher value tasks. My husband and I are working on our first live-in BRRRR, and we plan on implementing "the stack". Being beginners, COVID was able to temporarily derail us from our timeline but we continue to adapt and overcome. As I begin to scale out, I aim to build my investing business around the principle of affordable housing and provide accessible pathways to home-ownership for our clients/tenants. How that looks, I don't know from here yet!
