I am a part time investor while working full time as an IT consultant. I have many interest outside of my career (scuba diving, traveling, photography, cooking, language learning, etc) and this is why I am looking at real estate investing and building a portfolio of income generating properties so that I can eventually part from my job and have more time to explore my hobbies and interests.
