We are a family of 5 starting out with SFRs in this awesome world of REI! My mother introduced us to Kiyosaki when his original book came out in 1996! We house hacked (took care of my grandmother) x 10 years. We bought her home as our first BRRRR investment and have had great luck! Then we bought the neighbor's home, again, BRRRR brought us great luck! We are looking to retire in 10 years with multiple streams of income. Fort Worth is our preferred market and we are currently seeking an SFR turnkey there.
