I am a small landlord growing my business. I have an accounting background which I leverage to assist in assessing deals and managing tenants. I am also a mom to twin boys. I own a bookkeeping and tax service focusing on the needs of contractors and real estate investors. I am also an Enrolled Agent. Experience: I have recently been selling, but have owned or currently own, 5 condos, 1 duplex, and 4 single family rentals. I am looking to pivot into small multifamily complexes. I would like to do a flip one day, but I do not go out looking for them at this time as rentals are my focus.
