Hello All! I am a licensed real estate agent, who knows the market from an investor's point of view. I live in the Atlanta area and have one investment property (so far). I got started because I want to spend my time doing something that is lucrative for my family and I, and at the same time rewarding. My husband is a licensed general contractor and runs our renovation company, Edge to Edge Renovations. We use Edge to Edge for the rehabbing.
