Anna Milligan

I'm currently a professional structural engineer working part time to allow more flexibility at home with my four young children. My husband and I are finally fulfilling a 10-year dream to get into real estate investing and bring a little freedom and flexibility into our chaotic lives. We have done extensive renovations to two of our own homes and we're ready to dive into rehabbing to finance our big-picture goal of owning rentals. I have experience in the construction industry through my day job as a structural engineer. I understand how buildings work and how they come apart. I don't even flinch at taking out bearing walls and replacing them with supporting structure to open a room up. I can offer structural engineering knowledge and expertise in return for flipping/rehabbing/buy-and-hold pointers and guidance!
