I never considered myself a real estate investor until I started listening to the bigger pockets podcast. But after about 10 episodes I began to realize that I had already implemented some of the strategies they teach. I bought and sold several properties before I finally decided to get my real estate license. Including my first commercial property. My husband and I spent 2 years renovating out of pocket and we are now 100% occupied with a waiting list. I also recently purchased two more investment properties, more information to come soon.
