Annette Wanamaker

I have spent most of my entire career in media and now am in residential mortgage industry. The goal is to buy and hold most properties with an occasional flip. Hubby and I have owned a vacation rental condo in Frisco, CO since 2015 and love to do projects together. We've done drywall, stone veneer, paint, tile, landscaping, cement mixing and more. Favorite part: DEMO! Most difficult project: Figuring the angles on a compound miter saw to piece together crown molding for the top of cabinets that angled 3" out. Project that almost broke us up: vertical blinds. Looking forward to meeting others in the business!
