I grew up working for my father doing construction to make extra money. I learned high-quality work over fast and cheap. I take this approach with my business as well. Currently in southern California working on single and multi family rehabs. I also have partnered with an incredible lender and can offer private money at starting at 8%. My strengths are in process, design, construction acumen. Weakness in hiring/recruiting, quickbooks. Looking to scale and also highly interested in modular construction.
