My husband and I are both mid-level health care practitioners & enjoy our meaningful, albeit sometimes stressful work. The pandemic brought to light how we're solely dependent upon our earnings for income and we're looking to diversify our revenue stream by developing a long-term buy & hold rental portfolio to ensure some passive income. I am good with numbers and he is good with a lot of rehab work. Looking to network and learn and get started with property #1 this spring, 2021.
