I have been been very part time about this and am looking for ways to become more active and more successful. I need advice as I learn. I have a self directed 401k that holds property and want to begin more active earning of funds to use for more passive income properties later. Experience: I own 4 rental properties. I have been a hard money lender once. Real Estate Goals: Acquire rental properties in anticipation of retirement some day! Learn about the tax lien business as a method of increasing properties and income. Currently Seeking: Potential rental properties. I prefer GA but will consider KS City, Manhattan, KS, Northern OH, or some areas of FL or AL.
