I'm an Adjunct Professor. I have a Masters degree from UCLA. I worked as a corporate researcher (business to business and market research, data). Interested in learning about investing, BRRR, flips, house hacking, rentals. I believe in learning, teaching, benefiting my community. My background also includes sales as a RE Agent for my family's custom home builder business. I have a passion for design and also dabble in antique dealing. We own one rental property in California.
