Alison Nowotarski

I am a full time Captain for PSA Airlines, I work part time in a winery tasting room, and am a full time real estate enthusiast. My husband was a student in the nuclear engineering program at the University of Tennessee but has now shifted into the real estate field and is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker. We have lived in Knoxville for three years now and have absolutely fallen in love with the area. I am very excited about the real estate possibilities in Knoxville as well as other markets. Experience: My husband and I recently bought our second home and converted our first home into a full time rental. We are also currently "house hacking" by renting our extra bedrooms on airbnb. We are building our knowledge base as much as possible so we can be prepared to start scaling our real estate investing in the coming years. Real Estate Goals: A major goal of ours this year is to find a partner to invest with to purchase more buy and hold rentals, both in the single family market as well as multifamily. Contact me if you are interested in working together!
