Anthony Polcyn

I am 48 years old, had 4 children in five years--oldest is going to college next month. I work as a physical therapist, and have been investing in real estate part time for over 8 years. I would like to pick it up, and become a full time investor to be able to control my time and increase my finances. I have rental properties, and have flipped in the past. I would like to progress to multi-family properties so that my real estate income will surpass my income from my job.
