I am an active RE Investor specializing in Apartment acquisitions. I also teach 1-day workshops and 4-day boot camps to investors all over the country. I own and/or have syndicated over 2100 apartment units, hotel units and agriculture lots since 2005. Did a few Buy & Holds for around 10 years, then went to a Robert Allen presentation and to use one of his phrases, the blinders came off. I had no idea you could buy pre-construction, do fix & flips, wholesales or short sales. Let alone little ole me buy an apartment complex!
