Anthony Del Russo

Hello! I am a 24 year old Chemical Engineer working in Philadelphia. I am brand new to investing and am currently in the education phase of what I hope to be a long and successful Real Estate Investing journey. I bought my first house hack June, 2019 and currently live in it. My Goals for the my next year are to acquire a second SFH l/multi family property in the Philadelphia and fully rent out my current house hack. In the future I hope to acquire many multifamily/apartment units to expand my rental portfolio. I look forward to learning from the experience of those who have gone down this path before as well as others with parallel investing strategies!
