Anthony Katsonis

I am a Realtor and an investor. My wife and I invest in small multi-family rental properties in El Dorado County mostly. I am a 6th generation El Dorado County native. It is my home and I love living here and working with the people in this wonderful community. I am a US Army Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran. As an Agent, I work with all kinds of sellers and buyers, but especially enjoy helping Investors and Veterans. As an Investor, my wife and I are always looking for deals. Our goal is to Retire on passive income from our rental portfolio in ~10 years. We are well on our way and are having a blast working toward that goal.
