I am currently looking to get into real estate investing. As of right now my plan is to buy and hold while renting the properties for positive cash flow. I have always had great passion regarding real estate and am now ready and willing to make my investment dreams come true. My goal is to purchase 20 cash flow producing properties over the next 10 years. Financial independence is of the utmost importance to me and I would like to use real estate to leverage an amazing life for myself and my family. I am currently a sales professional in the medical field but would also like to take up a second career in real estate. I am eager to learn as much as possible and am willing to help others in any way that I possibly can.
