Young civil/marine engineer that lives in the Duluth/Superior Port Area. Experience: Right out of college I helped with a flip and managing a rental property in Minneapolis. Since I have moved to Duluth I am currently House Hacking a 4 plex in East Duluth and purchased a duplex near UMD campus. I am mainly looking for value add single and multi-family properties in Duluth. I enjoy doing the rehabs on nights and weekend so I don't shy away from projects. Real Estate Goals: Do my first BURRR in 2019 Purchase an additional rental property on top of the BURRR in 2019. The end game is to be a full time landlord and be able W-2 job by the time I am 30 (4 years). Currently Seeking: Value add rental properties, single and mulit-family, in the Duluth Area.
