I'm an IT Professional for a large company and invest in real estate on the side. My passion is in apartment buildings. Experience: I've had my real estate license during the housing crash and didn't do much with it. I currently own 5 properties with a total of 25 doors. In the last few years I've flipped houses and bought distressed properties. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to build cash flow. In order to get there I need to grow my RE porfolio quickly. My goals for 2017 are to have at least 5 properties. Currently Seeking: Looking for out of state properties in IN, Nev, Utah, and AZ.
