Anthony Susco

Thanks for stopping by, I’m Anthony Susco, Managing Partner and Co-founder of Builders Trust Capital. I work directly with borrowers by structuring creative lending solutions tailored to meet each customer’s specific needs. I solve the problem of trust, honesty, and transparency for my clients and third-party vendors alike. Prior to founding Builders Trust Capital with my partners, I spent years as a successful real estate investor myself, completing over 40 “fix and flip” transactions. I’ve immersed myself in every stage of real estate investment – property identification and selection, debt and equity financing, closing, permitting, construction, contractor management, marketing, sales, and rental management. I use my training as a Senior Systems Engineer for the United States Navy where I ran large-scale submarine research and installation projects involving multi-year budgeting exercises and vendor management in service of my clients and their complex projects at Builders Trust Capital. When I’m not at work, I’m home in New Jersey with my wife, two daughters, and a son.
