Beginnging Real Estate Investor looking to acquire at least 30 Units in the Wilkes-Barre, Edwardsville Scranton area. I have purchase my investment property in south Wilkes Barre in August 2015. I am currently practicing the art of "House Hacking" living in one side of my duplex and renting out the other. My current studies and goals are how to capitalize on the value of my current investment and how to acquire my next investment property. I currently work Full time in IT and plan to carry a lot of the discipline and philosophy of the world of IT into my investment career. I hope to have a story as great as the late, great, Jim Rhone where I am making more on part time job then I am on my full time job. I am hoping to build a network of investors in the Wilkes barre area and to one day hold BP meetings in NEPA. I do not have a lot of experience at this point but I am willing to help in anyway I can.
