Anuj Sharma

Hi My name is Anuj Sharma. I live in New England - to be precise in Rhode Island. I am a full time Web Developer, part time free lancer & real estate investor. Real estate is my passion. Experience: I am real estate investor for around 4 years and last year I founded my company S & B properties, LLC. At the moment I owned only condos mainly in RI area but I am quiet open to owning duplexes, multi-families, single-families, land and commercial properties (basically any piece of real estate) Real Estate Goals: I want to achieve financial freedom via the route of real estate. Regarding the number of the homes initially I want to achieve the target of buying 45 properties. but after that my target will be MORE :-) Currently Seeking: More and more deals and sources of funding. I started building my business line of credit (BLC) via Bank Of America but most of the banks let your business live for 2 years until they start giving you BLC. I am sailing smoothly towards that direction. I want to be totally independent in managing my business so I would like to use other people's money (in this case -Bank) to further finance all my deals and like to use them even for down payments.
