About myself
I am a part-time real estate investor with a full time job. I have been owning a rental property ( condo) since 2012. I always have an interest in REI, but it is until recently that I began seriously looking into this business. I'm particularly interested in fix up and hold strategy, hoping to learn more from the veteran investors on BP and eventually build my property profolio to 20 units that creates 10K per month passive income by 2020
