I'm a full-time military pilot focused on the STR market in my free time. As I build cash flow, my eventual goal is to buy a 15-20 room hotel in the Yellowstone NP area and add-value through STR. I think the blended model of hotel/STR is the future of hospitality! In the mean time, I am always looking for commercially zoned multi-family/mixed RE deals in the Metro East of St Louis.
