My wife, Katherine, and I are back in the real estate investing world, having sold off two properties before having our first son 4 years ago. Now with two boys and a busy life in the medical field (I'm a Physican Assistant, Kat's a Registeres Nurse), we were thrown back into the Real Estate world when her father suddenly passed away the day after paying off his humble home. We rehabbed that home, and this will become our first cash flowing property. We're optimistic that we can make this property grow into a sustainable business for our family. Through tragedy, we were blessed beyond measure and see an opportunity to truly change our lives--and the lives of our kids.
