New to Canada and looking into getting into purchasing a rental or flipping a property. I am trying to find ways to invest in something else besides stocks. I think there are some great opportunities especially in the Western region of Canada. I am new to this so I would love any input or experiences. I am looking at single family homes and/or possibly downtown condo as a rental. Any input would be appreciated.
