Im an MD, married, enjoying my profession as a hobby, and as a way of basal income. I understand I wont make fortunes out of this, and I'm not willing to do the Time/Family-for-money exchange, but either dont believe on a magical secret solution, rather looking forward to get educated and learn from more experienced people than me on how to make smart investments. I read many of Robbert Kiyosakis books, and totally his policy of "get rich by getting educated", and escaping the "Rat Race" make total sense to me, and are my main motivators. Found BiggerPockets by doing a Google search "Top Ten Podcasts", starting listening to many of them and picked this one as my main resource. My intention is to keep learning from the present resources, and to meet experienced real estate investors, learn out of questions, and hopefully reach the point of returning knowledge and experience to other people.
