I currently own 12 units in San Antonio, 12 units in Houston, a 16-unit RV park with a SFH and Duplex, an 86-unit self storage facility with an event center, and 15 units in Xenia, OH all purchased since June 2018. My goal is to be able to quit my job in July 2028. I am eager to learn different funding strategies so I acquire $10 million in self storage in 2022. I am also happy to help you in any way I can. I've been trying to educate myself on a variety of topics.
