Hi! I'm originally from North Carolina, but I currently live in Southern California. I work in healthcare, but definitely want to make passive income with real estate. I'm very glad that I've found this site and ready to jump into meeting my goals. Experience: I have very little experience with real estate and none with investing. Real Estate Goals: My ultimate goal is be able to retire from my place of employment and achieve financial freedom through passive income. I want to mainly invest in buy- and - hold properties right now, but I'm open to different real estate investing strategies in the future. Currently Seeking: I am a novice and am actively seeking more knowledge and any input from others is much appreciated.
