Financing options include DSCR loans, conventional investment property loans, fix-and-flip and bridge financing, short-term rental financing, cash-out refinances, HELOCs and second liens, bank statement and Non-QM programs, as well as 5+ unit multifamily and commercial financing. I also specialize in scenarios that don't always fit traditional lending guidelines, including LLC purchases, multiple financed properties, self-employed borrowers, complex income, high DTI, lower credit scores, and properties or transactions that require a more creative financing approach. One of the biggest advantages of working with a broker is options. If a deal doesn't fit one lender's guidelines, that doesn't necessarily mean the deal is dead. I can evaluate the entire scenario, compare it across multiple lending partners, and determine whether there's another way to structure it.
