My husband and I have been investing since 2008 when we bought our first condo in Sacramento, CA. We did live-in flips for about a decade and collected a couple rentals during that time as well. We relocated our family in 2020 to the Boise Idaho area and cashed out on CA real estate. We now live much more humbly and use our cash to invest in BRRRR's and buy and holds. We currently have 4 short-term rentals and one multi-unit long-term buy and hold, 2 properties being out of state now. Aside from our investments, I became a full-time real estate agent in 2018 and sell approx $15m in sales each year. Investing will always be my first love, but selling real estate comes in a close second.
