I am an Investor in Michigan. Experience: I have been in the rental business all my life with my father being a heavy investor in real estate rental properties. I have done lease agreements since the age of 12 as I am a 1st generation American and my father needed my support in this area. I have done showings and evictions to rehabbing homes and also prepare the places to rent ready! I can say I was born rental ready! I now own 11 single family homes and I am currently seeking more to purchase down the road. Real Estate Goals: To obtain 100 doors.
