I am passionate about building more housing for Missoula in a sustainable way to solve our housing crisis. I'm sharing what I'm doing openly so that we can all build more housing in Missoula. Together we can together solve this housing crisis in a sustainable way, and build walkable and bike-able cities in Montana. I have been an investor for 11 years now, and am exclusively focused on ground-up development. Since 2018, I have completed several development projects that turned single-family homes into multifamily housing, often serving as general contractor himself. I donate more than 6% of my income to causes that improve the health of children, pregnant mothers, and families in low income communities. I am increasing my charitable contributions by 1% every year after that.
