I live in Northern California and have two rental properties out of state, in Texas and Omaha. The Texas property was a BRRRR, and the Omaha was a traditional long term rental financed with a conventional loan. I'm now getting started with fix and flips locally in Sacramento. And I run a web development agency where we build custom Shopify stores.
