Hello fellow investors! My name is Sean Edgar and I have been involved with creative real estate investing now for about 15 years+. Like many other investors, the early years were painful. I made countless mistakes and fell victim to the "shiny object syndrome" (buying course after course, seminar after seminar), just spinning my wheels and going nowhere. I knew that I would be a success if I just kept failing forward. Each time I tripped and fell over an obstacle in my way I picked myself back up and kept moving towards my goals. I am so thankful that I kept with real estate investing even through those early rough years. Being a full time investor has really allowed me to dedicate more time to all of the areas of life that I enjoy the most; Such as spending time with loved ones, traveling and adventure. I must admit that I am a self proclaimed "Adventure Junkie". Always looking for that next outdoors adventure. For all of you that are newer to real estate investing and struggling to get some traction, just keep taking massive action and moving towards your goals.
