Hi There - I'm Aryn an eager and aspiring real estate investor. I'm an education junky and have spent the last year taking in Real Estate Rookie, On-the-Market, and too many books to take in. I currently live in San Francisco as a Director of Finance at a winery in Sonoma County. I'm originally from Pennsylvania (very close to the Ohio border) - my goal this year is to invest in a small multi-family property in the mid-west area and fast track replacing my W-2 income by 40 (which is 5 years away so aggressive I know!).
